Your account on Underline has already been created **with the same email you used to register for the conference**. 
 Please use the following steps to confirm your account and **do not attempt to create a new account**:
* look for a unique email you received from Underline 
* this email includes your **account token** and instructions on how to confirm your account
* click on the *Confirm my account* button in that email 
* check your spam/promotional inbox too

The email was sent from Underline with subject line *"Welcome to IEEE IRPS 2026 Conference"* 

OR 
* Go to the [Underline login page](https://underline.io/log-in) and click on *Forgot password* to request a new password for your account.

**The 2026 IEEE International Reliability Physics Symposium (IRPS) will be held in Tucson, Arizona from March 22 to 26, 2026, presented as an in-person conference, with a virtual component available.**

**About IRPS** 
The IEEE International Reliability Physics Symposium (IRPS) is the premiere conference for engineers and scientists to present new and original work in the area of microelectronics reliability. Drawing participants from the United States, Europe, Asia, and all parts of the world, IRPS seeks to understand the reliability of semiconductor devices, integrated circuits, and microelectronic assemblies through an improved understanding of both the physics of failure as well as the application environment. IRPS provides numerous opportunities for attendees to increase their knowledge and understanding of all aspects of microelectronics reliability, and to meet and network with reliability colleagues from around the world.
